Git is a free and open source distributed version control system designed to handle everything from small to very large projects with speed.

📈  According to the fifth annual Developer Ecosystem Survey conducted by JetBrains in 2021, which interviewed 31,743 developers from 183 countries, the vast majority of developers (93%) use **Git** regularly as their preferred version control system. 

💡 **Git** is such a ubiquitous tool in the software development industry, and it is so easy to use, that people sometimes forget how important it is. That said, a lot of rookie developers and beginners have a hard time adapting to it and still struggle to solve common git problems.

📍 This is the proper space in **Showwcase** to discuss **anything git-related**. Tutorials, articles, books, tools, extensions, common fixes, best practices, questions, you name it. **Any resource you find on Git would be welcomed.**
